All material on the CJM website is
copyrighted. Copyright law defines acceptable uses of the
material (or part of it) for conditions not specified explicitly
for materials of the CJM site
For non-commercial use of the material or part of it
(such as for an insert in a church bulletin), material from the
CJM website may be used, copied, and distributed without limit
when appropriately acknowledged by one of the two notices:
"Copyrighted by Christian Jail Ministry year-indicated, used
with permission" or "adapted from material copyrighted by
Christian Jail Ministry year-indicated"
For commercial use of the material or part of it (such as
inclusion in materials that are sold, in a course for which
tuition or fees are charged, etc.), use beyond that generally
permitted by copyright law requires explicit written permission
from CJM and normally will involve a royalty payment (a default
of 1% of gross sales/fees is assumed if CJM website material is
used commercially without specific permission for its use)
